There was a long wait before surgery - an hour and half for preparation. And the doctors and team had to stand to wait for this long, which concerned with.
My discharge medication sheet was incorrect.
The blinds could be independent and close partly.
Other than that I was cared for impeccably, thank you very much.

Everything I have experienced about Cleveland has been very poor. Totally amateurish and disorganised. You’ve even sent me this survey before I’ve been to the hospital. The list of services that I was supposed to review means absolutely nothing to me as a result because I don’t even know which of these relates to the treatment I am to receive and I doubt many people will even once they have been to the hospital.
