Everything I have experienced about Cleveland has been very poor. Totally amateurish and disorganised. You’ve even sent me this survey before I’ve been to the hospital. The list of services that I was supposed to review means absolutely nothing to me as a result because I don’t even know which of these relates to the treatment I am to receive and I doubt many people will even once they have been to the hospital.

Just about everything.

I have total faith in Professor Tennent but this has absolutely nothing to do with Cleveland. I will be telling him that my experience with Cleveland has been extremely poor and that as a patient continuing to use Cleveland would put me off seeing him.
