I was given plenty of time and everything was explained well.

Suggested improvements
I checked in at 6.00am and unfortunately the staff had not understood my name, so I was mistaken for a different patient and checked in to the wrong section in error - it was all very good natured and of no great worry. Possibly the front of house staff should have taken more time to establish who I was - in fairness, I was early but I was coming up from Brighton by taxi so couldn't judge my journey time precisely.


I had complete faith in Prof Cohen and he was extremely attentive throughout my stay.
