I was treated with the utmost respect, courtesy and efficiency during my stay. Everyone was extremely kind to me. My experience of the Cleveland was very positive

The food wasn't great and it took ages to be delivered. No explanation was given as to why my procedure was done later than I expected. I assume the consultant had rearranged his schedule.

My consultant showed me great respect and courtesy and spent the time in outpatients and again when I was in the Cleveland explaining the need for my procedure. I have already recommended him to a friend.
