I can not fault my care. Superb surgeons and nursing staff. It was frustrating that the last 3/4 days I was kept in as they thought I needed a biopsy, but when that was deemed unsafe, then lots of specialists looked at the scan and decided it was a ‘bone island’ with no need for further investigation. I felt this could have been achieved much earlier.

I had a capsule endoscopy. Dismissed in error before the capsule reached the small intestine. Procedure now has to be repeated. Overall CC is very poor at communication. I have had procedures moved without telling me nor the front desk. I have requested pre-procedure calls and haven’t heard back at all until chased several times.

Dr C Bhan has been very sympathetic.

I had an excellent experience , I had put off this operation for several years and having eventually decided to go ahead and I can only say a had 100 % confidence with the service I received. When the day arrived for the operation all the staff and every service I encountered was to the highest standard of care and professionalism .

Excellent facilities. Staff absolutely amazing Nothing was too much trouble for anyone , night or day. Total fabulous care from absolutely all teams of caregivers Surgeon on hand always in some way (Mr Bhan ) was extremely informed about all of the procedure , both before and afterwards Becky Slater was amazing help , as were the physio and dietician I couldn’t fault the experience in any way Absolutely first class service and care Would recommend to anyone who wanted first class treatment

I was surprised that in the 4 days I was in the Cleveland that no one cleaned the floor of my room and that I had to make my bed each day. The nurses were professional and very friendly.
