I had a capsule endoscopy. Dismissed in error before the capsule reached the small intestine. Procedure now has to be repeated. Overall CC is very poor at communication. I have had procedures moved without telling me nor the front desk. I have requested pre-procedure calls and haven’t heard back at all until chased several times.

Yes - the images from the capsule need to be assessed by someone fully trained and able to dismiss patients at the correct time.

Dr C Bhan has been very sympathetic.
