I was surprised that in the 4 days I was in the Cleveland that no one cleaned the floor of my room and that I had to make my bed each day. The nurses were professional and very friendly.

Suggested improvements
On the day of my discharge I was uncertain as to whether I was going to be discharged until mid afternoon and as I live some way out of London I had advised that I needed to know as soon as possible as I had various family members on standby to collect me so that I could get home. Whilst I asked for information about my situation no one told me what was happening until early afternoon. Communication could be better.


I found my consultant to be vert reassuring and professional with a good manner and approach.


The nurses were very friendly and looked into my room on several occasions to ask if there was anything I needed.
