It is never a pleasure to have to attend a Hospital, but if there is a need, the Cleveland Clinic is probably the best place to attend. Incredibly well trained staff in communicating the ethos of the Hospital

Clinically excellent Administratively muddled which let the side down - plenty of easy improvements to be had Eg don’t tell patients to turn up at 6.30am and have nobody to greet them Don’t then usher them into an untidy rather grim windowless office I could go in feel free to ask

Having fixed an admission time with the consultant, I received a phone call asking me to come for admission 2 hours earlier. I then waited 2 hours. The room , which was pleasant, was cold.
