The staff were very friendly and helpful and quick to respond to any calls ffor help.

Suggested improvements
I think that it would have helped me if i was provided with greater explanation of the treatment i was about to receive so that i felt more involved and understood the reasons why i was being asked to do things. The catering was a bit hit and miss. The first evening meal was very good but the roast chicken lunch the nect day was dry and tough whilst the potatoes were undercooked. My choice for the evening meal the second day was not available but the alternative was good. My breakfast the next day did not arrive so i had to chase it up and received it at 10.15am. I was not offered lunch on the last day.
