Having fixed an admission time with the consultant, I received a phone call asking me to come for admission 2 hours earlier. I then waited 2 hours. The room , which was pleasant, was cold.

Suggested improvements
My prescription drugs were not ready on discharge


As a senior member of the profession it was a pleasure to deal with capable colleagues
