Hi I came in for a PFO CLOSURE with Sam Dawkins who was exceptional and totally made me feel in safe hands from my room to theatre ..very happy I choose him AMD Cleveland clinic which was a amazing experience from the start staff exceptional ..
SPECIALLY - Simi Darshan Browne who’s care was 100% tentative, support and information helpful a wonderful nurse and a credit to Cleveland clinic !
Also - Joshua who welcomed me and was helpful
Lucille my other nurse very helpful and Caring
SIMON - Anesthetiser was fabulous understanding and took all my fears away and managed with care my worries , this was my best experience of a general anaesthesia and coming around ..

All of the nurses and staff who visited me in my room were lovely, friendly and professional. The only nurse who was actually rude to me and my husband was at the time I was leaving. One of the nurses offered for us to sit in a lounge extension for an unused room as my take home medication was taking so long to organise (we waited almost 3 hours) and I was uncomfortable in my own room as it was a bit cold. Another nurse then came along and told us to leave as this was another patients room and that we were given the wrong information.

The Staff were incredibly kind nd helpful - and cheerful! I was very anxious and they put my mind at ease. I was only in as a day patient - procedure wih anasthetic, but felt completely safe and looked after.

I was a day patient on level 1 day unit. From the moment I walked in the stress and worry I’d the procedure went away with the expert planning organisation and the care I received. The compassion and support from all staff is commendable. The anaesthetics team on the day were excellent as were the nursing team on the wars and in theatre.
