Very good experience
All staff at the clinic were lovely, kind and very professional. I can’t praise them highly enough. The facilities are also excellent and the food is delicious.
All the lovely staff, from check in to the porter, nurses and consultant.
I felt so very well looked after as a daycare patient. Nothing could have been better!
Everything was excellent apart from the food & the kitchen which was a shambles!
I had to request things numerous times. My room was cold. I asked three people to help. It took four hours to resolve. Pharmacy visited at 2pm, medications arrived at 23.30, I strayed requesting them at 21.30. Your all dat service is advertised as opening at 5 am. I tried to order a coffee at 6 am, I finally got one at 7.30. Seeing how bad the communication is I started nagging about my discharge at 6.30 am in order to achieve it by 11.30 am. I had to remember all the protocols: my meds, my obs, someone needs to change my dressing, where are my discharge papers etc. I saw lots of lovely nurses but I felt I needed to keep explaining things to everyone. I spent my first 4 hours in a cold room with no one knowing when my operation would be. My surgeon and then the anaesthetist visited, but there was a further delay explained by a missing pathologist and/or juggling with theatres, yet recovery seemed empty. I hadn’t eaten or drunk anything and I was tense, not knowing how long I would wait.
Honestly I think the quality of medical care I received was excellent but the organization was pitiful and I feel I paid a lot of money for an extremely unsatisfactory service.

I can’t praise the CC & it’s staff enough , from start to finish the care & attention provided to me was exemplary. The staff are professional, attentive, kind & friendly, they provide holistic care second to none. I have the height of praise for Prof Quick , Dr Patel & the entire theatre team. As a healthcare professional working in the theatre environment I have very high standards & expectations so I am glad to say that the CC team met those standards in every way . Well done to you all.
The overall service was excellent however the finance dept and registration had their wires crossed. I got a call from the finance dept asking if I had seen and agreed to the payment terms. My operation was covered by my insurance company and I had to call the registration dept to confirm that indeed that was on my file.
The staff were absolutely excellent- Michael who was one of the nurses had brilliant bedside manner. I had a slipped disc and was in a lot of pain- he was really great at knowing how to help me out of the bed. The front of house staff were also excellent as I couldn't get out of the cab and they rushed over to me with a wheelchair.
Thanks you for a fantastic experience- they are pushing the boundaries for hospital care in the UK!
