Everything was excellent apart from the food & the kitchen which was a shambles!

Better food menu! More efficient kitchen staff - always items missing from tray or wrong order! Food often barely warm. Sometimes food arrived an hour after requested time and sometimes 30 mins earlier! NO eggs for breakfast - only scrambled or omelettes (probably powdered egg!). No light snacks for poor appetite - cheese & biscuits, crisps, peanuts. Bread was always dry & stale.

Nursing staff were exceptional
