The overall service was excellent however the finance dept and registration had their wires crossed. I got a call from the finance dept asking if I had seen and agreed to the payment terms. My operation was covered by my insurance company and I had to call the registration dept to confirm that indeed that was on my file. The staff were absolutely excellent- Michael who was one of the nurses had brilliant bedside manner. I had a slipped disc and was in a lot of pain- he was really great at knowing how to help me out of the bed. The front of house staff were also excellent as I couldn't get out of the cab and they rushed over to me with a wheelchair. Thanks you for a fantastic experience- they are pushing the boundaries for hospital care in the UK!

Please see above for the cross messages btwn registration & finance. I was also told that I would be asked to do some genetic testing- I dont know how to go about this, so any information would be great?
