No matter who I discussed matters with, a full and correct answer was given, without the need to refer upwards. Clearly all staff are well trained.

Not complain whatsoever but on two occasions, coffee was cold, once in a dirt cup, perhaps coffee was spilt over side, no suggestion that the cup had not been washed.

Utterly professional and no wonder he is highly regarded

All staff were excellent so it would be unreasonable to select any particular one.
