I think the nursing staff were outstanding on the 5th Floor, they all worked as a team, were kind, caring, considerate, helpful, particularly Emma and Erin totally amazing. From the nursing team to catering staff and the porter Babs they were all 1st class, I could not have received better care. The best hospital that I have ever had surgery in. It was also my birthday on the day of my surgery and a couple of days later the chef made me a birthday cake which was amazing and and a great example of making the experience for me as a patient exceptional.

The staff at the Cleveland Clinic, in ICU and on the 5th floor were outstanding. They were caring, compassionate and took the time to explain things clearly.
I felt in control of my health and wellbeing and can’t thank them enough.
You have a fantastic team of consultants, nurses and HCA’s and an environment that allowed me to recover comfortably. My husband felt comfortable leaving me to return to the children, I was in safe hands.

I spent 2 weeks at Cleveland clinic and was very satisfied with my inpatient experience. Everyone was very welcoming and treated me as a real person rather than a number on a system.
I would like to say special thanks to Chris (patient experience manager), nurses Angela and Harriet, assistants Stefania and Billy. They helped me a lot and made me feel so welcomed and appreciated!

Ent I was admitted I was treated with the upmost care and respect. Nothing was ever too much trouble for anyone and all staff went above and beyond to assist, support and make my stay as psi free and comfortable as possible.
