The hospital is very new and it reminded me more of an hotel than hospital. The doctors and staff were all excellent and the stay was very pleasant. It reminded me of private care hospitals in the past.

My stay at the Cleveland Clinic was fairly brief, only 3 days but the care that I received whilst I was there was exceptional. The staff are wonderful, extremely professional and kind and considerate.
My consultant was Mr Tim Jones who was extremely communicative, very approachable and reassuring.
The catering was fantastic, it was really like staying in a 5 star hotel in some respects and the catering staff were so kind and thoughtful and courteous, I was sad to leave!
