Facilities are excellent and care from all parties involved was absolutely exceptional! Special shout out to Titilayo Edovia who was exceptional from start to finish! She made me feel so relaxed and well taken care of before and after treatment. She has an exceptional bedside manner, treats patients with kindness and care. She is clearly a skilled, compassionate nurse and is an absolute asset to the organization!

I was not informed in a clear and precise manner for the sedation. I wished I had received full details of this prior to come for the procedure to decide.
I asked conscious sedation but I cannot remember anything that happened after entering the procedure room and being back in the recovery room. I felt asleep for the rest of the day while I had requested the lightest sedation possible just to be relaxed during procedure. I was not inform about details of procedure and risks.
The consultant made jokes about giving me sedation and asking me to sign the document related to sedation (which I found out was wrong).
I will make sure I am not being taking care of by this consultant anymore.
Only the nurses that I met were nice and kind.

Everyone I encountered treated me with with care and respect, were friendly and professional. A particular thank you to Kyleigh in my room for her exceptional care and Miguel who escorted me through the procedure keeping me calm and supported through my procedure.
However, as I say everyone was wonderful so thank you.

Above and beyond care and compassion was really noticeable from my very first outpatient appointment right through to being carefully portered downstairs in a wheelchair to the car to go home. I felt listened to and valued and my anxieties where not overlooked.
