Facilities are excellent and care from all parties involved was absolutely exceptional! Special shout out to Titilayo Edovia who was exceptional from start to finish! She made me feel so relaxed and well taken care of before and after treatment. She has an exceptional bedside manner, treats patients with kindness and care. She is clearly a skilled, compassionate nurse and is an absolute asset to the organization!

The food quality could be improved — the sandwich was slightly soggy and the scones were very dry and hard. It seemed as though they had been warmed in the microwave. Quality of food overall could be improved and isn’t in line with the caliber of the facilities. The London Clinic, another private hospital, has exceptional food service for patients and could be a good benchmark for the hospital.

The nurses and staff overall were exceptional ! Isaac, one of the specs, transported me from the room to theatre was so kind and had great bedside manner! Another asset to the organization !
