Above and beyond care and compassion was really noticeable from my very first outpatient appointment right through to being carefully portered downstairs in a wheelchair to the car to go home. I felt listened to and valued and my anxieties where not overlooked.

The food was very disappointing, being bland and unimaginative. I was only in hospital for 1 night but for the 4 meals I had, none of them came with all the correct items ordered, there was always something missing from the tray.

Due to unfortunate complications in care I have experienced elsewhere, I was very anxious about having surgery again but Mr Mabrouk was extremely reassuring and provided me with the facts to make an informed decision.

4th floor nurses Marie, Mel Rose and Trina who looked after me so well when gynae is not their specialty.
