Denise is fab, absolutely no complaints with her. I felt really looked after; she'd always respond to all my questions, and would support me in making decisions about doses by advising me rather than telling me what is best or leaving me to make them alone. Thanks Denise!

Denise was wonderful, she was always quick to respond, listened to what I had to say, and had insightful and helpful suggestions on things to try and where to go next. Thanks, Denise!

Denise is a kind, caring and attentive practitioner. I have always felt that I could communicate freely, and I was being listened to. The service & team are quick to respond to notes & messages, attentive & understanding of personal situations. This has been a life changing journey, made so much easier with Denise and the rest of the teams help. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I could repeat those words 1000 times and it would not be enough!

My nurse was extremely supportive, she listened to everything I had to say and responded very quickly to my notes, even in the late evenings and at weekends. She advised me according to what was best for my needs but always asked my opinion before we moved into the next step. Denise also supported me by giving me helpful advice around my low blood pressure and drinking enough water. She was very kind and very friendly and I always felt at ease with her. Because of Denise and the titration service my health and wellbeing has improved greatly over the last few months. Thank you Denise x

Denise is amazing. I hate doctors and NHS etc generally as have had bad experience after bad experience and so has basically everyone I know. I'm super nervous and ready to be disappointed with anything medical but I can honestly say that Denise has been ace. There was a point where I just needed some guidance and to vent some concerns with the whole process from a personal point of view (adjusting to medications and my expectations Vs reality) and this is where in the past I would still have been lost but she really actually took the time to understand what I was saying and help me to understand more, offer some guidance and advice as well which means I've now found the right medication for me and have 100% improved.
