She helped me thru a tough time , was always there to answer my questions! Lucky to have her as my nurse
Kate has been simply amazing throughout the titration period!
We had plenty of back and forth messages during the titration, which usually got answered in less than 24 hours. Sometimes I got a response pretty much instantly, which in this day and age is very rare!
Kate has listened to my requests and advised me in the right direction!
The medication itself has helped me tremendously and wish I had bit the bullet and got help sooner!
Fantastic service, prompt responses, supportive and for the first time in my life I feel I have been consulted about my health, rather than dictated to by the NHS.
.
Everything was explained to me clearly, and if I had any questions, they were answered with a lot of patience. I didn't feel rushed. I was listened to and my concerns were considered and the way we both needed to agree before moving on was great and reassuring.
