Really accessible, secure site when being treated through Psychiatry UK- able to access my notes, medical forms and weekly titration monitoring etc. all in one portal, making this very easily accessible and easy to understand when treating remotely. When I had a bad experience with the first medication we tried, I wrote to my prescriber who responded very promptly and organised a good follow up plan. I feel I was listened to and cared for well, and would always recommend this service to patients going through their NHS Right to Choose pathway, seeking their ADHD diagnosis and treatment.

Jenni was really patient with the numerous changes to my care plan and reassured me every step of the way. I felt understood and safe in her care. She is extremely knowledgable and this is evident in her advice and recommendations. Quick responses and helpful guidance when dealing with major side effects and issues with dosage. The portal would sometimes automatically create new monitoring forms even after the completion of the final sixth monitoring form.
