Jenni was so helpful, even when I would have multiple questions. I never felt like a bother but was reassured and informed of any information I was not sure on. Jenni also always made sure to communicate clearly which was easy to understand. I felt listened to and understood and never felt like I couldn’t ask any question even if I’ve asked before.

I had a few small issues throughout my time with Psych UK, but Jenni was always quick to help me and get them sorted. She always explained things in a way that my brain understood. She was lovely!
