Considering my subpar experiences within healthcare, Claire's approach within patient-clinician dynamics has alleviated a lot of my anxiety. I have been under treatment review for approximately seven months, and from the start Claire has progressed treatment with me in mind - or at least feels that way - and is very proactive in ensuring medication enquiries or tasks are undertaken with due care and time. I will be leaving the clinic feeling like I have been listened to in what feels like at least a decade, so I thank Claire for that, and for the patience and positive interactions I have experienced. A final point for healthcare in general: where appropriate please do ask patients about preferred names and pronouns. Perhaps adding something within 'profile details' or 'account details' to reflect the patient more accurately within correspondence and avoid laying assumptions. Not everyone has the legal means to change personal details or simply cannot under current laws.

Claire has been a bastion of light and infinite help during my time with her. She has kept me informed through every step of the process that I have taken, she has helped me with all of my questions, and she has even been proactive if things I need to consider during my journey. I could not have asked for a better nurse.

Terrific service from Claire. Above and beyond what I’ve been used to from other nurses. I knew I was in safe hands.

I have had the pleasure of being under Claire Meadows care for the past 20 weeks. Claire was quick to reply to any messages and answered all my questions confidently and without doubt. Claires knowledge and understanding made me feel at ease throughout the titration period. Claire was always very polite and reassuring, especially when I felt like giving up on the whole process. Claire always had a solution and her replies never felt rushed or "copy and pasted". My prescriptions where always here within 1-2 days of being sent, this was great as I had left it until the very last minute a couple of times. Claire didn't seem to mind repeating things to me or explaining them in a different way, she has the patience of a Saint. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, even when I would ask a dozen questions late into the night. Claire always gave me options and I felt involved in the decision making throughout. Claires caring nature makes her a fabulous specialist nurse and I believe she is an asset to psychiatry-uk. Thank you Claire, you have been fabulous.
