Hannah acted as my nurse prescriber for my reintrocuction to treatment after a national shortage of medication. After being off my medication for at least 3 months, I was very eager to resume treatment as it was becoming very hard to keep up with work and my personal life without it. After an issue with payment, Hannah was very kind, understanding and empathetic towards me. She explained the entire process, and listened to my explanation regarding the issue I had with payment. She very kindly got in touch with the relevant team and helped me resolve the issue. I was expecting to just have to deal with the issue and for it to not be resolved, so I was very happy and greatful to Hannah when she messaged me back with a resolution. Hannah went above and beyond her post as my prescriber, showing that she truly cares about her patients and is willing to listen and do everything she can to help. She is a true asset to her team!
