Wonderful communication and speed with any potential worries I had. Had a small issue with delivery of stuff, due to COVID, and they were amazing and helping sort it.

Hannah was a great support. She answered all my questions, and was very responsive to my experiences of the medication, so we were able to adjust things and find a solution that worked well for me. She also helped me understand how everything worked,

I left like I was in safe hands; the care was first class. The response time every time I reached out was perfect, I rarely had long for a response. Any queries I had were engaged with fully and compassionately. I felt I had full input in my treatment during the titration period and I've completed the titration completely satisfied with the conclusion.
