Think it is a good hospital

Showers have problems draining the water, nurses need to put towels round. A separate cubicle with a chai might be better. Would prefer to have a podiatrist visiting weekly similar to the hairdresser that a patient could pay for. Physiotherapy only offered Monday to Friday, nothing at the weekend unlike RBH.

Very lovely greeting from receptionist, everything explained and all questions answered. Nurse who took care of me explained everything and was very lovely natured and made me feel very comfortable. Great service all round, thank you for such a pleasant visit

Fantastic care from [name removed], very thorough in examination and obtaining history of making issues. Thoughtful, kind and unassuming approach, felt very comfortable working with him and he gave full explanations as to care plan, identifying why I had pain and a plan to make it better. A credit to the Department and the NHS too!! Thank you [name removed]

Temperature bit warm in the treatment room areas. Toilets in main corridor not very clean

The Senior Physio ([name removed]) clearly knows his profession and his advice/exercises are taking effect. Early days but I am beginning to feel more confident about the pain easing.

My exercises are focusing on strengthening and load bearing and often lead to muscle pain. Would be useful to know how to stretch my leg muscles.
