Fantastic care from [name removed], very thorough in examination and obtaining history of making issues. Thoughtful, kind and unassuming approach, felt very comfortable working with him and he gave full explanations as to care plan, identifying why I had pain and a plan to make it better. A credit to the Department and the NHS too!! Thank you [name removed]

Temperature bit warm in the treatment room areas. Toilets in main corridor not very clean
