The car park has a slope that was a little difficult regarding getting out of my car which caused pain to my knee .. other than that it was a good visit

We came to the WBCH on a Saturday afternoon and the staff were friendly, helpful and diagnosed the problem and referred us to Royal Berkshire Hospital in Reading. We were very grateful for the service, assistance and treatment we received, which was of a high standard.

The phlebotomist was friendly and helpful, and I honestly barely felt the needle go in!

It would have been helpful if the reception clerk could have told me that we were running late, and approximately by how much. They clearly needed another phlebotomist to cope with the volume of patients - I think there were only two - but you can't really do better until you are properly resourced, and that's not your fault!

[name removed] was excellent with my daughter (the patient) and myself, answered all questions and was very clear about what is required, why, and what the next steps are. Very good.

More staff on the reception desk, a queue formed whilst the gent was dealing with a patient phone call.
