Saturday morning appointment very useful.
Parking very good.
Very pleased over all.
the two members of staff were so helpful and explained everything very well. They really cared about me. I was also seen very quickly
My 11 year old daughter had a ear lobe infection from her first ear piercing that she had done 9 weeks ago. Boots suggested getting it checked by a doctor. Your nurse [name removed] was rude and condescending and showed absolutely no empathy or sympathy towards my daughter. I was shocked at how she dealt with her. She obviously didn't agree with 11 year olds having their ears pierced and dealt with it in a way that I can only describe as a rough and dismissive way to the point where my daughter burst into tears and felt sick.
Easy to get an appointment. Went in on time.
The phlebotomist was welcoming and very gentle.
