Suzanne was amazing. It was quite a shock to meet someone who clearly knew what she was talking about but was also so ready to listen to what myself and my husband had to say.
I had not really expected to get any real help but she was able to talk with us about our fears and worries and also give practical help.
We have always felt looked over by most of the medical staff we have met and expected to do everything ourselves. However Suzanne was empowering and helpful and most of all she did what she said she would thank you.
Your staff were very attentive and I felt very safe and well looked after. Thank you all.
Suzanne fully discussed all aspects of treatment, before arriving at a decision on what medication. Would be most suitable for me, myself and my wife felt very comfortable with her, she also explained everything very well thank you for everything.
Kelly listens, and is genuinely caring. If she does not have the answer, she will find out.
She has made a huge difference to the lives of my mum and I. She is wonderful.
The care and treatment which I received during my stay at the hospice was without doubt second to none. The staff and I mean all staff including housekeeping and catering staff were all totally amazing and all remembered my name whenever they would pass by me in the corridor or come into my room. I found that really nice and made me feel comfortable and welcome. Every aspect of my stay was done in such a way that I felt happy to be there and all my preconceptions of what the hospice was were blown into the wind. And as far as improvements I cannot honestly think of anything. Just keep doing what you do the way you do its perfect.
The care I received was excellent. Cannot thank the doctors or nurses for the treatment I was given.
Time was even given to me to talk through treatment I was given and also any concerns I had were all explained to me. A big thank you to all.
Professional and caring.
An understanding, difficult to improve on perfection.
Maxine, was quite simply wonderful not only with my father who is suffering with MND but also my mum and I. She was so caring, compassionate and kind, as well as being extremely professional and was very helpful regarding my dads ADRT.
The care was very good but I felt really lonely and cut off from everybody, but when you are really ill I think ST Catherines is the place to be and I would recommend it to anybody because they would be well looked after.
Everything was good, Maxine was very caring and understood all my concerns, gave me some very good advice which I am taking.
