Maxine was extremely attentive, thorough and professional. Her manner was friendly and caring and she had time and patience to explain anything I did not fully understand or was doubtful about.
She took on responsibility to make arrangements for a doctors consultation with me and also to ensure district names would follow up on a couple of issues.
As already stated she was very professional but also took the trouble to make me feel at ease and chat socially I was most impressed.

Everyone involved in caring for me was pleasant and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. I was particularly impressed by the kindness of doctor Sam signed by the patient.

Kelly is kind caring and a very good listener. She has helped me to look at my disabilities in a different way. She understands my fears and advises me with tips and advice regarding my breathing difficulties. She also boosts my confidence in myself and my capabilities. All in all I think she does a fantastic job.

Before Kelly came today I was in a mess, my head all over the place.
Kelly helped me to get calm and think clearly and talk until everything was sorted, she listened and helped me. I felt so much better after she had gone the hears had stopped.

Lovely room with excellent facilities. Spotlessly clean. Wonderful caring staff who were knowledgeable and took the time to just sit and chat sometimes when they knew you were feeling down. Good to have physio, counselling and lymphodema services on site.
Everything just perfect thanks!
