Suzanne was amazing. It was quite a shock to meet someone who clearly knew what she was talking about but was also so ready to listen to what myself and my husband had to say. I had not really expected to get any real help but she was able to talk with us about our fears and worries and also give practical help. We have always felt looked over by most of the medical staff we have met and expected to do everything ourselves. However Suzanne was empowering and helpful and most of all she did what she said she would thank you.
