All staff were extremely caring to both our dad and the family. Dad was treated with great dignity throughout his stay at all times.

Breath of fresh air being greeted to made to feel welcome ever getting offered a cup of tea.
Was made to feel welcome and not treated like a number/ statistic.
Suggested improvements
Mentioned the form that was sent was more for the hospice asking for NI number, next of kin and power of attorney more for hospice not lymphodema treatment.
