CBT sessions are really helpful and you away feeling positive. I think the group gets more when there is group therapy in the day programme. This help the group be more open and supportive.

The nursing staff were absolutely 100%!! Superb ambassadors for the future of the clinic. Cleaners, all were happy, smiley people who carried and their daily routine with pride and thoroughness WiFi was intermittent and TVs need bringing up to date (Netflix, sky, BT sport) to name a few. Whole decor is very "tired" and needs a total re-think. Externalized, door frames, windows this is not exhausted.

Thank you for your feedback on our highly skilled nursing team, all feedback is shared with our staff. The WiFi system was completely updated in 2019. There are restriction son which websites can be reached any many streaming websites are deliberately disabled. During your stay we had an equipment failure which has now been repaired. We are sorry if this caused you any inconvenience. Our main building dates back to the 1600's and has its own charm but is very demanding of attention. We have plans to repaint the gloss work this year. Thank you for your comments which have been passed to our maintenance manager.

Regained my sleep pattern, I was treated beautifully. I would recommend the clinic do anyone in the future.

I found the day care service to be highly informative are very constructive. The group system I believe has provided me with novel building blocks and systems to tackle my depression and improve my self esteem. This could not be achieved without the personal therapy provided by my psychologist who has tailored the knowledge for me to use daily. I found the instead "group sessions" both debilitating and cathodic as feel this is a missing item in the timetable.

My care was overall very good. There was a varied program, with lots of therapeutic groups. The nursing staff are very some attentive, special mention for nurses, who are all so committed to their jobs and always upbeat lovely and helpful. Improvements needed are more boundaries around inappropriate/triggering conversations had in non-group/therapeutic settings, to keep it a safe place for all. Consistency on rules between all nursing staff, it would also be good to have at least one nurse available to speak to during handover.

Clinical staff are both amazing at their job and always listen and are honest and provide really helpful solutions to problems. They are different approached are very helpful to. But its cold!

- Great, relaxed, comfortable environment that makes you feel safe and calm. - Could do with additional activities in the evening instead of TV e.g.access to a selection of craft materials. - The sink in my bathroom was not cleaned in 5 days so even though I tried to keep it clean the soap bit was disgusting. - More firm guidance from staff to things to help sleep (no late night TV, avoid caffeine after 3 pm etc).

Thank you for your feedback. We also have games and puzzles available for patients to use. The programme is very busy and allows time for relaxation and contemplation. Housekeeping clean all the bedrooms on a daily basis, if you experience a problem you can always bring this to our attention and we will endeavour to resolve it. Your comments have been shared with the Housekeeping team. We do have available a sleep hygiene booklet for patients who are experiencing problems sleeping, apologies if this was not offered to you by the nursing team, who are always available to speak to.

The courses with the psychiatric experts were exceptional, providing vital feels and knowledge to patients for handling every day life problems. Only criticism is to have rules regarding types of conversation in music room as inpatients and outpatients are always in and out.
