My care was overall very good. There was a varied program, with lots of therapeutic groups. The nursing staff are very some attentive, special mention for nurses, who are all so committed to their jobs and always upbeat lovely and helpful.
Improvements needed are more boundaries around inappropriate/triggering conversations had in non-group/therapeutic settings, to keep it a safe place for all.
Consistency on rules between all nursing staff, it would also be good to have at least one nurse available to speak to during handover.
