Every staff member I have met so far has been so kind and caring. In quite a difficult time I have been made to feel comfortable and supported.

Nadeera was expectional. I was her last client of the day but I didn’t feel as though I was rushed, which was what I liked. Her approach, mannerisms was how Dr’s should deal with patients. Very knowledgeable and professional too. Pleas keep her at this clinic as I typically see Caucasians ladies at this clinic and they are very hostile and behave as if they are doing me a favour although they are paid to there. Sadly the these Caucasians were quite high up nurses so I was very disappointed and their interaction with me. She had to look at my private part and her facial impressions looking at me as a black girl wasn’t something I would forget. Perhaps you could also look into hiring black nurses so that patients are not made to feel uncomfortable by your Caucasian nurses . Nonetheless nadeeraa was great !!

Staff Fadila (Results Co ordinator / Sexual health Advisor) is an incredibly compassionate person. She's an Angel! Fadila exceeds above and beyond her role in simply providing medical advice but she cared about me on a deeper level. Although, it was not her role to provide additional emotional support and counselling over the phone, she did so with so much conviction, love, patience and humour! People can be superficial on many levels, but not Fadila. It is almost as though her caring spirit and positive energy had leapt through the other side of the phone, helping me to regain peace, liberation and self forgiveness. Fadila is a very special person and I am grateful that she's been appointed for this job role because she is the perfect candidate to look after our community. Thank you Fadila!

As soon as I came in I was straight away dismissed for booking the wrong appointment; which is the same I booked in the past and was seen. Instead of correctly directing me the door was opened and I was told 'I have other patient' while being a patient myself. Bearing

The nurse was very patient, kind and helpful to hear out my problem. I felt safe and comfortable sharing my problem without any hesitation. Thank you so much.

One thing which is unclear is about the test results. I would highly appreciate if there is a better way to share test results to patients (e.g. over email). Not having clarity on test results and waiting until next visit is so stressful.

The care, comfort, compassion and medical advice provided by Nurses Jane and Jayne and Dr Sarwat were unbelievable comforting. After feeling like I didn’t know where to go, and then throb from pilar to post, coming to the community hospital in Barking, the phone receptionist, the reception team, nurses and doctor put me at instant ease. I feel like I skipped out of the hospital as they made me feel listened to. They sorted out my issue with care, dignity and professionalism. I was very lucky to have had you to sort me out! Thank you!
