They were just very nice, listened and were kind and compassionate in their manner.

The queue outside in a morning long and some people have mobility issues and couldn’t stand. Some perch rests or seating needed in the outside wait area perhaps.
When I filled my form in and handed it in on the clipboard the man next to me could see everything so I had to cover it. Not very private.
Maybe instead of shouting names you could allocate numbers for privacy.

My first time in the clinic, I interacted with one nurse who treated me with kindness and I didn't even feel the pain when she was picking me to take off my blood. I also met the oldest Doctor one of first Doctor in the clinic,he was very good

There's delay in receiving results after after conducting investigation like Scanning, X-ray. This can scare you if you don't get results fast.

Times on text message sent from the team contact number about opening hours suggested different session times, luckily staff agreed to see me and support with my issue which was appreciated when I arrived although current session had ended
Times and info provided should be updated to effect any changes to avoid confusion
