I have undergone 2 large operations first I had an apronectomy and breast lift and was in surgery for over 5 hours and the results are amazing exactly as he described he was . The recovery process was quicker than I expected and the care and information throughout was outstanding - I always felt involved and never felt pressurised but at all times he kept explaining I needed to be realistic about expectations and suggested alternatives . My second operation was for an arm reduction and liposuction and again care was outstanding from all staff at spire who also spoke very highly of mr Dalal staring he was a perfectionist in every part of his work and standards were everything to him - he said he could make a significant difference to my body for this operation which for him are very positive words as he doesn’t not over promise and he certainly hasn’t again I am really pleased with results and recovery - I felt in control of my body decisions at all times and he is one of the most respectful gentleman I have ever come across so am shocked to read the negative review. Well done mr Dalal I thought I would need to travel much further afield for an excellent surgeon .

Dr dalal is amazing! I can't thank him enough for how he has changed my life, I lost 15 stone through diet and exercise and was left with alot of excess skin. I was very nervous about meeting with a surgeon but after doing extensive research I found Mr Dalal was the best man for the job. He was professional, made me feel at ease, explained everything in detail and listened to exactly what I wanted. He has the power to walk into the room and instantly make you feel calm even when you have pre surgery nerves and he is such a lovely man! My first surgery was a fleur de lis adominoplasty and an extended arm lift. The surgery lasted 7 hours and my after care from Mr Dalal had been more than I could have ever wished for, as many appointments as I needed, I could go straight back and see him with any concerns at any time. I had my second surgery with Mr Dalal 6 months after which was a thigh lift and breast enlargement which was also a 7 hour surgery and I couldn't be happier, all the scars are the neatest lines, the scars from my first surgery are white already, the level of care I have received from Mr Dalal is amazing . He is the best surgeon in the fylde coast and I highly recommend him! Jennifer Malik.

I have recently undergone my second experience of surgery with Mr Dalal and continue to highly recommend him. My first surgery was abdominoplasty and I was absolutely thrilled with the results. So much so that I returned recently to undergo liposuction 7 years following my initial procedure. I found him to be thorough and precise in his pre admission practice and I cannot fault his skill in terms of surgery. He was extremely thorough during discussions prior to the procedure ensuring my full knowledge and understanding of expected results. I am currently in the recovery phase of my most recent procedure and have received excellent post operative care from Mr Dalal and all the staff at Spire Fylde Coast. He is a superb surgeon and I would highly recommend him.

Mr Dalal did a breast reduction on me in dec 2017 and honestly I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! He was amazing, very professional, I felt completely safe with him and a year later I am still thrilled with my results! My scars have nearly completely faded. I wouldn’t hesitate to have surgery with him again and I would recommend him to everyone! I don’t understand the negative reviews as it was such a good experience for me! The pain was also very minimal and no complications afterwards.

I paid for private breast surgery over 2 years ago with Mr Dalal at Fulwood Hall hospital and honestly I am shocked to read the negative reviews. On the initial consultation Mr Dalal was very professional and the surgery he provided was fantastic. Two years later and I’m more than happy with the results.

REVIEW FOLLOWING BIOPSY PROCEDURE BY MR MILIND DALAL. I feel totally violated by this very rude and uncaring man! I required an investigation to a small area of tissue in the centre of my nose which I now realise could possibly have been investigated via a sample of blood from the area to test for possible infection. The treatment could have been a simple course of antibiotics as the problem I now know was infected sebaceous glands. Instead this man told me I would need a punch biopsy which consists of a metal tube of around 0.5cm diameter by around 1cm length being pushed into the bridge of my nose and a chunk of tissue (the same volume) being removed. I asked Mr Dalal many times before the procedure what the resulting area would look like if I went ahead with the biopsy and was told very clearly several times that the procedure would result in a small line scar on the bridge of my nose which would heal in time. First of all, he was extremely rude and defensive when asked any questions about the procedure during the consultation sessions. However when I attended with my Mum on one occasion (him not knowing who she was), he was very friendly and even shook our hands on entering and leaving! Perhaps he thought she was an official independent observer! He was also extremely rough and aggressive when issuing the local anaesthetic, sticking the needle in without any warning to me or the nurse. He then snatched the tissue from the nurse who was attempting to wipe blood from my face telling her that I could do it myself whilst telling me to open my eyes! I explained I was unable to do this as the anaesthetic liquid had spurted into my eye. The nurse grabbed my hand and apologised that she also hadn't been warned or ready for the procedure to take place. Following the punch biopsy, Mr Dalal did not stitch the hole left in my nose but simply walked away and left the nurse to cover it with a small plaster, which due to the blood being produced from the hole, fell off the same evening. I asked for a further appointment to see Mr Dalal and attended the next day as I felt totally vulnerable with the large open wound in the centre of my nose which was oozing blood. He told me to be patient and that the hole would fill up and heal within the next couple of weeks. He asked the nurse to put on a plaster so it didn't look so unsightly! I tried to keep the wound clean and dry as much as possible, however over the next week or so, the wound became severely infected and my whole nose became swollen. I attended my GP's surgery who issued a course of antibiotics to treat the infection. During my next appointment with Mr Dalal a few weeks later I asked if this situation was 'normal' and was told 'yes' and that it would heal in a few months!! Interesting as I had previously been told by him that it would heal in a couple of weeks! I explained I was not happy with this situation and felt deformed, however I was told to be patient. My next appointment with Mr Dalal was a couple of months later when the hole in the centre of my nose was still very deep and present and I had now had a prolonged period of pain and much embarrassment. I was told by Mr Dalal that the hole would fill up and heal after around six to nine months!!! The expected healing time period seemed to be increasing by the day!! Finally after months of much discomfort, embarrassment and clearly useless conversations with Mr Dalal, I decided to obtain a second opinion from an alternative recommended and reputable private plastic surgeon. He was extremely professional, respectful and empathetic to my situation and within two weeks had conducted corrective plastic surgery to close the hole on my nose. This second plastic surgeon is extremely talented and although I am delighted with what he has done, I am still at this stage left with a scar and slight dip to the tissue on the bridge of my nose. I am hoping over time the tissue will flatten and return to its original colour and I am very grateful for this corrective surgery, however I am honestly disgusted with the treatment I received from Mr Dalal at Fulwood Hall Hospital in Preston and believe I should never have experienced this awful situation. Also I should not have been forced to pay for private plastic surgery to correct this disfigurement to my face by a clearly rude and incompetent man Mr Milind Dalal. I have now seen other negative reviews written online about Mr Milind Dalal and suggest someone in authority should investigate further.

I can't thank this doctor enough. He was professional and caring from the beginning to the end of my treatment. Always welcomed me with a smile and a handshake, something I have rarely seen from another doctor or GP, sometimes its these little differences that can make a dramatic change. He went through everything in great detail at the first consultation about what would happen during and after the procedure. The surgery was a complete success and I couldn't be happier with the results. We also had follow up appointments to make sure everything was ok and once he was happy and me too I was discharged. Once again, thank you Mr Dalal, your help has given me a new lease of life.

He was very off hand and had no interest at all in the condition I was referred to him for. He 'dismissed' me after a cursory examination of the area and referred me back to my GP 'to sort it out'. I am now having to be referred to another surgeon with the added waiting time, pain and anxiety this entails. A very upsetting experience for me, and a complete waste of my time and additional NHS money. I would never go to see this man again and would not recommend him to anyone. I feel because he occupies an 'exalted' position in his department he is not interested in the needs and concerns of patients. He only needed to refer to an appropriate surgeon to avoid what turned out to be a very unpleasant experience.
