Discussed my anaesthetic options for delivery after a previous failed epidural, gave straight forward information on Remifentanil, a procedure i’d never heard of
Jason was friendly and helpful. He provided me with reassurance even though I was worried about the pain after the operation.
He was a great doctor, he came and saw me before to make sure I was ok and he soon saw me again after the operation. He made me feel safe in his care and that I could trust him.
Dr Lie demonstrated a reassuring and affable a manner as he prepared me for surgery. In particular, time was taken to ensure I was aware what would be happening and that I was comfortable to proceed. This was particularly important as an epidural was being administered.
Should also mention Amy his very capable assistant on the day, and the part she played in making this potentially worrying event a much easier process to deal with.
Top marks to both of you.
Eric,
a very pleased and relieved patient.
I have a fear of needles and Dr Lie took great care to help me with this .
