Had dental X Ray on Friday - excellent service from a hard pressed and hard working radiography dept . Nice clean small hospital with friendly staff

I had a robotic hysterectomy with Mr Willett. I had absolutely wonderful care taken of me by all of the nurses on the gynaecology ward. They were all so lovely and caring. It was clear that nursing was something they loved and it showed. In relation to my operation, all went well, my pain has been more than manageable and the incisions sites are so small that I can't believe they managed to do it. Thank you all so much.

In the chemotherapy treatment ward the staff are all friendly and professional and very caring to my comfort and wellbeing. The busy outpatients dept where I see Dr El Masri are also very friendly and efficient. I would also like to comment on the 24 hour cancer helpline for their calm, prompt and efficient help when we have rung. This has proven to be an amazing service, particularly in a crisis situation we has on a Sunday evening involving several phone calls backwards and forward. My original contact with Dr El Masri and his team was through a young lady called Rosie who also deserves complimenting for her reassuring efficiency and pleasant manner.

I visited the Breast Clinic this morning in The Primrose Suite. The whole experience was fantastic from arriving through to seeing the nurses, consultant, mammogram operator and the ultrasound operator. Getting my results there and then was brilliant. Can't fault this great service.

I have been treated by the specialist cancer nurses in the UGT and the chemotherapy nurses in the primrose centre. Everybody I have dealt with has been extremely supportive, friendly, approachable and quick to respond. I cannot fault the service I have received.

A huge thank you to the fabulous staff in Area 5, level 2, Gynaecology Ward for the excellent care and attention this morning (20th September). The doctor (Samantha Cox), the anaesthetist, the theatre nurse and all the staff on the ward were truly amazing. Thank you so much for looking after me so well. I had a total knee replacement at the hospital. Although a brief stay, I felt the staff were very professional and caring in everything they did. I felt special and appreciated all they did for me, from the doctors and nurses to the physio and catering staff. A total enjoyment all the time I was there!
