I feel I was blessed to have such a good and kind surgeon as Mr Henry Atkinson. Having a total knee replacement is not the most pleasant thing to have to have, but Mr Atkinson and his wonderful team made it all very bearable. They all treated me as an individual and their care was to the highest professional standard. Mr Atkinson is a great doctor and a marvellous surgeon. I felt I could discuss all aspects of my health and of the procedure itself with him at all times. I would recommend Mr Atkinson as a surgeon wholeheartedly.

Mr A examined my foot, identified the problem (arthritis !). I thought surgery on my first metatarsal bone was inevitable however, a couple of injections later and all pain is gone. Four months later all good. Thank you. I would highly recommend Mr Atkinson. Mike S

I am 53 years old and 6 months ago i had excruciating pain in both hips and could barely walk due to osteoarthritis. Mr Atkinson replaced my left hip in July and my right one in November. I am now, only 8 weeks after the second operation, completely pain free. I can go clothes shopping with my girlfriends again, pick up my granddaughter without pain and do the normal activities of life, that we often take for granted, without any pain. Not only is Mr Atkinson an excellent surgeon, he is a gentleman. He is kind, approachable and always wiling to listen. I would absolutely recommend him without hesitation.

Mr Henry Atkinson is a nice pleasant easy person to talk to and very caring. I can’t praise him high enough the way he explains everything he is just brillant. I would highly recommend him to new patients as they would be in very safe hands. My constructive suggestion is for him to maintain his current high standard for all his patients.
