Great place nice and clean for resting

Although I was an NHS referral patient I was still treated like a private patient every time I visited whether it be for a consultation appointment or when I was admitted into surgery, I would recommend this hospital to anyone

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all hospital staff for the exceptional care and support I received during my stay. The level of communication, cleanliness and overall organization was outstanding.

I had a procedure on the 31st of March 2025. Due to probably the un cleanliness of the hospital I caught an infection, when I called the hosptial I was told to go to A&E there is nothing we can do. I spent 6 days in the Royal Free Hosptial. It is now the 30th April 2025 and I will have to return to the Royal Free as the infection as not cleared. I urge anyone to avoid this hospital who values thier health, they just want money!!! PS I am still awaiting a reply from my complaint.

Everyone was kind considerate and caring. The only small problem I had was trying to get through to the Hospital by phone. On several occasions on phoning I had to give up due to the phone not being answered even though I waited for several minutes. All in all my experience of the Hospital itself was outstanding !!
