INCREDIBLY RUDE RECEPTION STAFF - especially the blonde, full-figured lady. Started to raise her voice at me when raising ongoing issues I have experienced with the practice. Did 3 rounds of blood tests at the clinic - ALL LOST, including after me calling to chase them several times and apparently being told ‘It will be escalated to the manager’ NOTHING EVER GETS ESCALATED. Was recommended by my doctor to do a MRI in the same place - my mistake I did not realise it was the same place…. Same rudeness from this blonde lady - absolutely repealed by her attitude. Definitely someone who should not be behind a reception desk! PLEASE REVISE YOUR STAFF!

I went to have an x-ray a few days ago. Although the staff are friendly, the quality of the x-ray was below the average. I compared their x-ray to a previous x-ray I took in another place and LycaHealth is below par! I call them to ask if they could improve it but they didn't return my call, request. Never again!
