I met Mr Gidon Ellis prior to my Prostrate reduction operation. He explained in detail the procedure answered all my questions and was very friendly and professional. Post operation he provided a clear and detailed letter of how the procedure went and the post op treatment I should follow.

I am very thankful for your continued care. Upon further consideration I DO want to proceed with the medical procedure you suggested for bladder outflow obstruction as soon as possible as I am finding that the increased need to urinate is materially compromising my quality of life. Whilst the Pharmacotherapy prescribed by my GP and exercise may help, they alone are not improving my situation as, if any thing, my situation is getting worse. I would be most grateful if we were able to meet to discuss this sooner than currently planned. Kind regards, Odysseus P. Astaniotis

The surgery was fully explained with all the possible complications. I am extremely happy with the outcome of the surgeon’s skills and would recommend to others. The surgeon was very friendly and made me feel at ease with procedure.

Mr Ellis and Mr Cohen were responsible for my treatment for an enlarged prostrate which had unknowingly had a significant impact on my bladder. By the time they saw me the condition was critical - their intervention has not only resolved the problem but also improved my daily life. I very much appreciate their care and attention.

He listens attentively and with empathy. Answers all questions in "human" language.

Following my preparation for a flow and Uroflowmetry test and a post void residual test, I was seen by Mr Ellis to discuss my condition. I was given this appointment in response to my slight anxiety regarding my rather large prostate gland. I would have like to have discussed other issues and procedures. however, I felt that the size of the waiting room was more important than me spending longer at my consultation. I have this written to Mr Ellis. Firstly, the appointment went smoothy and from my registration to the meeting with Mr Ellis. I found the nursing staff both polite and efficient. Mr Ellis had a a very calm and pleasant manner about him and was very thorough going through my past history. He also suggested a PSA blood test and kidney function one at the same time should there be a need for a MRI scan if the PSA results were excessive. I was pleased that had this appointment. I also feel that ( I may have missed it) there could be a box in which one could write any additional issues that are a worry to a patient and are not covered by the pro-forma sheet prior the consultation. It is a very busy clinic and I am grateful to have =been seen. Thank you
