In this day and age, when we often find time to complain, I am pleased to be able to say that I had excellent medical care from Mr Talawadekar. My treatment was clearly and sympathetically explained at every stage , his manner was friendly and he took the time to listen to and alay my concerns. If I had to undergo surgery again I would be fully confident in haveing Mr Talawadekar perform it. Many thanks.

He explained fully what my problem was and how he would go about it also pointing out problems what could arise from the op,however he made light of it and was very humerous simply a lovely consultant and since, i have heard other nice comments about him, such a nice guy,and have no hesitation in recommending him . Thank you so much Mr Talawadekar

I can't speak highly enough of this surgeon. After a fall resulting in the need to have a replacement radial head in my elbow I was, to put in bluntly, somewhat concerned that I would have the loss of movement in my arm especially being a water colour artist who needs full movement to be successful. Mr Talawadekar explained in great detail the procedure and put my concerns to rest. It was his expertise and the excellent post operation offered by Furness General that some 8 weeks after the operation i am now back painting with no side effects. People complain about the NHS but I have nothing but praise for its staff and in particular Gautam Talawadekar was excellent in all matters relating to my elbow injury. GT....thank you!
