I have attended this hospital as both as an out and this week an inpatient. This hospital is exemplary in its approach to patient care. The professional but individually targeted care enabled me as a patient to feel confident that everyone was aware of my individual needs. Everyone worked so hard to make sure I was looked after both clinical and non clinical staff alike and I was given clear information every step of the way. Thank you so much to everyone involved in my care including the staff of course in the reservations and medical secretaries office who got me to the hospital for my operation. Naming individuals is hard when everyone from in the hospital is so kind and good at what they do. Thank you you are very much appreciated for the care that you give to ensure patients like me have the best posdible outcomes.

Brilliant hospital, All the staff that I came across at Beardwood were excellent, from porters, receptionist, nurses, anesthetists, physiotherapists, catering staff and more. The hospital was exceptionally well maintained and run efficiently. Definitely not cattle class here, your a patient and an individual. Doubt anyone wants to go in hospital, but if you have to, this is one to choose. Many thanks.

To make sure they check the height of the patient. To ensure they have a bed relevant to their height? Being under 5 foot. I could have done with a bed that was a bit lower. Otherwise I had a great experience from all staff. Thanks for the care and attention shown.

Great staff, hospital was clean and not at all over crowded.

I met Consultant, Mr. S. Hadi in September 2023. Surgeon Hadi is a very modest, cheerful warm kind hearted doctor extremely good at his job. He has a very deep understanding about fractures and has great skills to get you the best outcome from the situation. He is very approachable treats you with respect and dignity and very accommodating while listening to your needs. Hence he knows, exactly what you want. During my face to face meetings he assessed my condition and needs. I was informed all pros and cons involved with this process. Furthermore I was informed with a detailed letter with what was discussed and enough time to make my final decision at my choice. Honest, truth of the matter though I was terrified and very nervous about the whole scenario, as I never had an operation during my life time or never stayed in a hospital. At the very beginning of year 2024 I had my major right shoulder replacement operation. My operation took place early afternoon and retuned back to the hospital ward, in the same day late afternoon. Doctor Hadi visited me in the same late afternoon and explained to me about the operation and I was reassured me. I began to gain my confidence and he went on to say it was very successful and there was nothing to be worried about. I suffered with pain first couple of days and thanks to Mr Hadi I recovered very fast. Now I am rapidly getting back to normal-self and I am extremely happy with my rapid recovery. I must say that the whole credit goes to My surgeon Mr. Hadi. Prior to my operation I was suffering from severe pains and I was regularly taking pain killers to ease my suffering pain. Now all those pains are gone and my shoulder replacement has given me a new life.

Ashley came down to see me after my surgery as well as my nurse which was nice considering how busy he was.

I was impressed with the standard of the hospital and the care I received.
