Last week was the third occasion there was a clerical mix up. The first was an appointment sent through to see Mr Meaden. Someone forgot to inform Mr Meaden! I waited 2 hours. The second occasion was when I was brought in at 07:45 (having to leave home at 06:00) only to be finally seen at 09:00. The third occasion, last Thursday, when I had been given an appointment, again at 07:45 only to find the hospital had no record of it. Fortunately all the staff and Mr Talwadeker rallied around and I had the procedure done. The staff and 'Mr T' were amazing and extremely apologetic. Perhaps you could take a closer look at your booking system as it appears to be woefully inadequate.......or am I just unlucky?

I would like to thank Mr T for all his help with regard to my trigger finger / tendon release. He is such a lovely man. He is accommodating, kind, considerate and listens to what you have to say. He makes you feel at ease, comfortable and relaxed and, that you can discuss anything with him. His sense of humour is personable and he certainly makes you laugh. He helped me for quite some time with my hand and in the end, suggested I have a small operation to put it right. He discussed everything with me and kept things light and simple, so I could understand. He was never put off with any questions that I asked. I would have no hesitation dealing with Mr T again and would recommend him to anyone.

On the day of my surgery I was waiting more than 4 hours before I went into have my procedure which I thought was very poor. All staff was very pleasant and helpful
