He explained my problem very well and that includes the before and after care. Every time I met with him I came out with a positive attitude rather than a negative.

I was seen by Mr Talawadekar and instantly he put me at ease with my condition (decompression of the shoulder) and explained fully as to how it could have happened and what could be done to alleviate the condition. Mr Talawadeker operated on the shoulder on the 5th October and I cannot believe the difference this has made to my life, as I have a permanent stoma. I have nearly full movement of the shoulder so with exercise and physio at home this will continue to heal very quickly. I cannot thank Mr Talawadeker enough for what he has done and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for upper limb surgery.

Mr Talawadekar is a star, a truly brilliant surgeon. I have just had a full shoulder replacement, and it went perfectly except for a long delay due to covid, hardly the fault of Mr Talawadekar. From the first appointment until post recovery checks, he has explained everything in plain English, answered my questions and made me feel at ease at all times. A surgeon that clearly cares about his patients and goes the extra mile to make you his number one concern. If you have a choice of surgeon, you would be mad not to choose Mr Talawadekar!

Mr Talawadekar is a superstar. He is so happy, caring and compassionate and very very good at what he does. After seeing him pre-pandemic about my longstanding residual frozen shoulder I decided to take the plunge and have capsular release surgery. I was offered a short notice appointment and took it. I attended WGH and his lovely positive bedside manner put me at ease as he knew I was worried about recovery. The operation went without a hitch and my recovery has been remarkable. He showed me post operative exercises and organized immediate physiotherapy at FGH. After suffering for years I wish I had seen him so much sooner. Two weeks post op and I have nearly all my movement back and the recovery has been so much easier than I expected. After reading lots of reviews and an article in the local press about how skilled Mr Talawadekar is I feel so happy that he undertook my surgery and would without hesitation recommend anyone to see him. A true gentleman and an excellent surgeon. Thank you.
